Step-by-Step

How To Import Bags

A clear import pathway for non-woven bags, packaging bags, and industrial carry solutions — from first enquiry to goods received at your warehouse.

01

Define Your Requirements

Share bag type, size, GSM, handle style, print colours, quantity, and destination country. Our team confirms specifications and applicable standards.

02

Receive a Formal Quotation

Glorex International provides itemised pricing — unit cost, MOQ, tooling/print plate charges (if any), Incoterms, and estimated lead time.

03

Approve Samples

Pre-production samples are prepared for material, colour, and print approval before bulk manufacturing begins.

04

Confirm Order & Payment

Issue purchase order, agree payment terms (T/T, L/C, or as negotiated), and receive proforma invoice with full commercial terms.

05

Production & Quality Inspection

Bulk production with in-line quality checks. Pre-shipment inspection available on request before goods leave the factory.

06

Export, Ship & Clear Customs

Export documentation prepared, freight booked, and shipment tracked until arrival at your port or door — per agreed Incoterms.

Order Quantities

MOQ Information

Minimum order quantities depend on bag style, material, printing complexity, and destination market. Current capacity: 215,000 Bags/Month.

Standard Stock Bags

Plain or lightly customised bags often start from 3,000–5,000 pieces per SKU, subject to size and material.

Printed & Branded Bags

Custom print programmes typically require 5,000–10,000+ pieces to optimise plate costs and colour consistency.

Premium / Laminated Bags

Specialty finishes and laminated constructions may carry higher MOQs based on material MOQ from upstream suppliers.

Repeat & Volume Orders

Established buyers benefit from improved MOQs and priority production slots on repeat programmes with Glorex International.

Exact MOQs are confirmed per quotation. Share your target quantity and we will advise the most economical production option.

OEM & Private Label

Custom Manufacturing Process

From artwork to bulk delivery — a structured OEM workflow for bags built to your brand and specification. OEM and private-label programmes are available for qualified buyers.
